Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers will be issued until 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) on Jan. 13, 2012 for all Holiday orders placed starting November 1^st through December 13, 2011. Our normal 30-day policy applies to orders placed after Dec. 13^th.
