
Our goal is to make sure your orders reach their destinations in time
for the holidays.
In order to receive your shipment by Dec. 24th, we recommend that
your orders be placed on or before the following dates* based on your
preferred shipping method:

We will do our best to make sure you receive your order in time for
the holidays; however, occasionally the shipping of orders is delayed
due to billing questions or a product being temporarily out of stock.
To ensure that your order is shipped promptly, please make sure to
specify the correct billing address for your credit card and include
a valid e-mail address and daytime telephone contact number when placing
your order.
Please respond immediately to messages from our office concerning
your order to make sure any problems are promptly resolved so your
order can be shipped on schedule. Our office hours are Monday through
Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific Time.

We cannot guarantee shipping times during the holiday
season. We are not responsible for delays in transit caused by inclement
weather or other forces beyond our control.
Orders shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other destinations outside the Continental 48 United States may take additional time for delivery. Please allow 1-2 additional days for processing and transit when shipping to these destinations. Please allow 1-2 weeks additional time in transit for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
